[ ] Building type and the owner or managing-agent contact.

[ ] A short description of the proposed electrical work.

[ ] The decision, review, or design deliverable you need.

[ ] Current architectural and electrical drawings, if available.

[ ] Proposed equipment schedules and electrical ratings.

[ ] Existing electrical records and known site constraints.

[ ] Building alteration agreement or prior review comments.

[ ] Relevant DOB filings, objections, or utility correspondence.

[ ] Target schedule and available access to electrical spaces.
